RAVA DOSA (SEMOLINA DOSA)

INGREDIENTS:

Rava
Salt as per taste
Jeera (cumin Seeds)
Yogurt  (Curds)

METHOD:
  • Take rava in a vessel and add Salt as per taste
  • Add Curds to the rava and mix well
  • Add Jeera (Cumin Seeds) and mix well
  • The dough must be thick but not like watery.
  • Heat tava or pan and make rava dosa onto it.
  • Pour the batter as you make plain dosa.
Rava dosa is ready and serve it with coconut chutney
